DMCA Copyright Policy
Last updated: January 15, 2026
Knowledge Campus, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates BrainSpam.com (the "Site") and the associated entertainment/social humor Services (collectively, the "Services"). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We have designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement and have taken other steps to qualify for the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content available through the Services (including user-generated content, AI-generated material, or published articles on our custom domains) infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. To be effective, your notice must substantially comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content appears).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice?
Upon receipt of a valid or substantially compliant DMCA takedown notice:

- We will promptly forward a copy of the notice to the user who uploaded or published the content ("Alleged Infringer").
- We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. To be effective, your counter-notice must be in writing and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide a copy to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10-14 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement, we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
5. No Legal Advice
This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights or if you have received a notice, consult an attorney.
